Identify at least three examples of a business leader whom you feel exemplifies each theory (autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire), and then explain why. Give specific examples of why you believe the theory is applicable.
Describe any similarities and differences, providing examples to support your findings.
Assess the application of each theory. Are they relevant to today’s organizations? Explain your position.

Support your case study with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages
