Using leadership concepts covered in your course content and textbook, assess and analyze a situation in a community context that you would like to see change. Describe the context, leaders or change agents, the opportunities and constraints, and what leader actions and processes will produce the intended outcome(s). A logic model (the ToC Map template is a good one) is required as part of your analysis. 5-8 pages, APA style, at least 4 scholarly sources. Here are some concepts that have been discussed: Situational Leadership, behavioral and relational leadership approaches, scholarly concepts related to motivational, transformational and servant approaches to leadership, follower motivation and leadership approaches to fostering others’ success, effective strategies for collaboration, team building, and partnering for impact, concepts related to culture, community, inclusion, and organizational culture; and the critique of leadership scholarship on race on gender dimensions, the relationships between leadership and power, coercion, and management.
